Tim Clark finished with a superb final round 65 (-5) at the Canadian Open this past weekend to secure a one-shot victory over two-time champion Jim Furyk. Clark’s closing back nine was the difference, as he birdied five of the last eight holes in stunning fashion.
While Furyk felt he left the door open by not playing well enough on the back side, we would argue Furyk didn’t lose it… Clark simply played superb and won it.
