Rory McIlroy's equipment from the Bridgestone Invitational

In another stunning performance around Firestone this past weekend, Rory McIlroy has vaulted back to No. 1 in the world. His victory at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational was epic, coming from well behind at the start of Sunday’s final round, topping frontrunner Sergio Garcia with long drives and precision iron shots.

The win comes on the heels of Rory’s British Open victory, and he looks to be playing almost untouchable golf as he heads into the PGA Championship at Valhalla this week.

As we do, let’s take a look to see what Rory had in the bag for victory:

Driver: 8.5 degree Nike VRS Covert 2.0 Tour 8.5-degree with Kuro Kage XTS 70X shaft
Fairway Woods: 15 degree Nike VRS Covert 2.0 3-wood and 19 degree Nike VRS Covert 5-wood
Irons: Nike VR Pro Blade (4-9)
Wedges: VR Forged 46-degree, 52-degree, 56-degree and 59-degree
Putter: Nike Method 006
Ball: Nike RZN Black

Congratulations Rory, and best of luck at Valhalla!
