The good folk at Peter Millar have announced that Richard Sterne has signed on to be a Brand Ambassador. Adding his name to an already stellar Ambassador lineup, Sterne adds his name alongside the likes of Brandt Snedeker, Bill Haas, Harris English and Branden Grace.
Sterne will be wearing Peter Millar apparel at The Presidents Cup as the brand is the official apparel provider for the International Team. With that in mind, we should see a lot of great apparel on the European side during the event… can’t wait for it to start!

Peter Millar Signs European and Sunshine Tour Player Richard Sterne as Brand Ambassador
RALEIGH, NC (September 17, 2013) – Peter Millar, a leader in the luxury apparel market, announced today that it has signed European and Sunshine Tour star, South Africa native Richard Sterne as the company’s newest ambassador. On Tour, Sterne will wear Peter Millar knit shirts, pants, sweaters and outerwear, both from the company’s traditional line and its newly launched E4 performance collection.
In February, Sterne secured his sixth victory for each of the European and Sunshine Tours when he won the Joburg Open by seven shots, making history with the tournament’s biggest winning margin to date. Sterne also achieved the lowest 72-hole total when he won with a 64 on 27-under-par 260. The triumph came on the heels of a second place finish at the Dubai Desert Classic, which placed him inside the top 60 to qualify for the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship.
