Grip manufacturer IOMIC is having one heck of a 2013 season. They’ve just announced that three of the top 10 finishers at the Greenbrier Classic used their grips.
A number of new (and prototype) grips garnered the top finishes. Here’s a quick description of the latest grips from IOMIC:
IOMIC X-Evolution grips are the next evolution X-Grip. A larger outer diameter and deeper X pattern provides remarkable traction equivalent to a cord grip. The X-Evolution delivers both accuracy and stability for superior performance.
IOMIC Sticky grips are incredibly soft, and feature great traction and low torque. These versatile grips are suitable for all playing styles, from beginners to top ranked tour professionals. The Sticky 2.3 is the standard size grip in the Sticky series and is available in a wide variety of colors.
Art Grip Sticky Camo grips are manufactured using IOMIC’s special camouflage coloring process to create a unique new look. Sticky grips are incredibly soft, and feature great traction and low torque. These grips are available in a variety of colors.
It’s important to note that all IOMIC grips feature ‘IOMAX’ technology, a proprietary compound that provides soft feel and control. I can attest to this first-hand, as I’ve used IOMIC grips on various clubs lately, and they’re real nice.
All-in all for 2013, IOMIC has brought home 4 PGA Tour wins, 8 LPGA wins, 1 Champions Tour win, 2 Web.com Tour wins, 3 Ladies European Tour wins, 3 Japan Tour wins, 7 Japan LPGA Tour wins and 2 Asian Tour wins.
